“By taking the appropriate steps, you can acquire the ability to get up in front of people and unleash your musical soul.”
The Musician’s Way, p. 153

I’m pleased to announce the debut of the MusiciansWay.com page on Facebook.

The page features regular updates about diverse issues of concern to musicians, educators, and students as well as news items related to MusiciansWay.com and my book The Musician’s Way.

It also incorporates discussions. Two discussion topics just begun are:

  • Favorite practice strategies. Share some of your most reliable practice techniques or habits. Have you developed tried-and-true ways to memorize, rehearse in groups, schedule practice sessions, and such? I encourage you to contribute your insights for the benefit of the MusiciansWay.com community.
  • Did your education prepare you for a career in music? In what ways did your schooling succeed or fail to outfit you with the artistic and professional skills that the music industry demands.

I also post links to articles that inspire and inform – topics include recent developments in the music industry and discoveries in the fields of creativity and music education.

The page ideally complements the resources found on MusiciansWay.com and this blog.
